The purpose of this action item is to gain Council approval of seasonal and part time <br />employees. <br /> <br />2. Background. The hourly pay is proposed to be $12.00-$14.00 for the Golf Course Clubhouse <br />Attendants, Brush Site Attendants, and Sledding Attendants; $12.00-$16.00 for Parks and Golf Course <br />Maintenance Employees, $10.00-$16.00 for Utilities Maintenance Workers; and $15.00-$20.00 for the <br />Clubhouse Manager. The Clubhouse Manager will be a part time employee. All other employees will be <br />seasonal and fall under the 6 month PERA Classification and are therefore excluded from PERA <br />membership. <br /> <br /> <br />3.
