Yanks should be pumped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be p�nnped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharye. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4° dia. pipe) must be installed �n each <br /> tank at next p�npout.
