The on-site seuage treat�nt system at the ebove address has been inspected and appears to fall into the category checked below. (This is �an existing system [ ] new construction) STSTEM CONFORMITY (1-3): 1 "C�E STSTEM"-A system which meets all the location, design, and construction standards of the current City Codes, and which is operating satisfactorily by treating and disposing of the entire current sewage input without discharging any pollutants into ground or surface waters. 2 "CONFORMING STSTEM'�-A system which does not meet all the location, design, and construction standards of the current City Codes, but was installed according to the code in effect at the time of installation, and which is operating satisfactorily by treating and disposirtg of the entire current sewage input without discherging any pollutants into grour� or surface waters. 3 "NON-CONFORMING SYSTEM"-A prohibited system; a system located within a designated 100-year floodplain; eny system which may or may not meet all the location, design, and construction standards of the current City Codes and which is failing for any reason; and any.system with less than 3 feet of unseturated soil or sand between the distribution device and the limiting soil charecteristics. (The limitin� soil characteristic �has or [ ] has not been identified at this time. If the limiting soil cheracterist�c has not been identi ied, this classificetion may be subject to revision.> TANK CONDITION (5-10): TBqk inspection indicates: �yJ P�npout �t needed at th i s t i�. 6 Solids acc�lation in tanks indicates they should be p�ped out this year to help prevent future problems. 7 Solids acc�nnulation in tanks is at a critical level. fanks should be ptnnped out as soon as possible. 8 System is discharging to the surface. 7anks must be pw�ed out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks could rmt be inspected. Inspection risers (4�� dia. pipe) must be installed in each tank at next p�m�pout. If tanks have �ot been p�nped out within the last three years, they should be p�ed out now. 10 [nspection pipe is located directl over tank baffle (does not give accurate measurement of solids acc�nnulation). If tenks have not been p�out within the last three years, they shoutd be pwnped out now. DRAINPIELD CONDITION (77-14): Dr field inspection indicates: 7 Dreinfield is dry, rro surfacing evident. Some evidence of surfacing, not critical yet. 13 Drainfield is saturated and visibly discharging untreated effluent to the surface. Contact the City Inspector imnediately. Repairs �st be completed within 90 days. 14 Drainfield extent and condition unknown.
