If the limiting soil <br /> characteristic has not been identifi , this classification may be subject to revision.) 'i <br /> TANK CONDITION (5-10): <br /> inspection indicates: <br /> Punpout not needed at this time. <br /> 6 Solids accunulation in tanks indicates they should be p�nped out this year to help prevent future problems. <br /> 7 Solids accunulation in tenks is at a critical level. 'lanks should be punped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be p�ed out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-tenks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" die. pipe) must be installed in each <br /> tank at next p�anpout. If tanks have not been p�ed out within the last three years, they should be punped <br /> out now. <br /> 10 Inspection pipe is loceted directty over tank beffle (does not give accurate measurement of solids accunulation). <br /> if tanks heve rtot been p�ed out within the last three years, they should be p�ped out now. <br /> DRAINFIELD CONDITION C71-14): <br /> �ield inspection indicetes: <br /> 11 Drainfield is dry, rro surfacing evident. <br /> Sane evidence of surfacing, not critical yet. <br /> 13 Drainfield is satureted end visibly discharging untreated effluent to the surface. Contact the City Inspector <br /> immediately.
