Economic considerations alone do not constitute practical difficulties if <br /> reasonable use for the property exists under the terms of the Zoning Chapter. <br /> Response: Although the owners believe economic considerations are a factor in <br /> designing a proposed and slightly enlarged new deck to replace the old one, <br /> they have attempted to keep the proposed redesign and slightly enlarged new <br /> deck a very modest proposal that meets their desires within their financial <br /> considerations, and at the same time keeps their proposal within the boundaries of <br /> the Zoning Chapter and its "reasonable use" intent therein. <br /> 5. Practical difficulties include, but are not limited to, inadequate access to direct <br /> sunlight for solar energy systems.
