As a sketch plan, public comments are not <br /> expected. <br /> Analysis. There is a fair amount of work necessary to continue review. However, given the <br /> variables present that impact development on this site, staff felt it appropriate to get Planning <br /> Commission feedback prior to moving forward. These variables include: <br /> Zoning. Does the Commission support the waivers necessary to rezone to RPUD, or does the <br /> Commission support creating a new zoning district,with its own development standards, etc.? <br /> Access. Does the Commission support the access location as proposed? <br /> Stormwater. Does the Commission anticipate stormwater to be managed on site. <br /> Use. Does the Commission support the intended use of the property for twin homes? <br /> Design Standards. Does the commission have any feedback relative to the design of the buildings? <br /> Planning Staff Recommendation <br /> Planning Staff requests feedback on the variables referenced above.
