Additionally, <br /> a CUP shall remain in effect as long as the conditions imposed by the City Council are <br /> observed, but nothing in this section shall prevent the city from enacting or amending official <br /> controls to change the status of conditional uses. <br /> Conditional Use Permit Analysis: <br /> The application is proposing a day nursery use which will operate 7:30am — 6:00 pm, Monday- <br /> Friday with no weekend use. The applicant currently has 54 student enrolled with full capacity at <br /> 110 children. The business is operating with 13 staff members and could have up to 21 staff on <br /> rotating shifts. <br /> Day nurseries generate traffic at peak times, during the morning and evening rush hours. Access <br /> to the site is via a single driveway off of Wayzata Blvd. This driveway lines up with Brimhall Ave. <br /> in Long Lake. The County has installed turn lanes to support this intersection. <br /> Public Comments <br /> The neighbors at 2160 and 2073 Wayzata Blvd has submitted a signed acknowledgements. The <br /> property drive lane accesses through City of Long Lake. They submitted an email stating <br /> they have no comments regarding this application. <br /> Issues for Consideration <br /> 1. Does the Commission find it necessary to impose conditions in order to mitigate any <br /> impacts created by the proposal? <br /> 2. Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br />
