I don't disagree that it could be a safety issue, but at <br /> the moment is not life-threatening. <br /> We are aware of the easement over Wingerd's property in favor of Puzak. We are aware of a non-exclusive easement for <br /> driveway purposes over a 12' strip that extends from Wingerds property to Puzak's house lot, but that specific easement <br /> appears to not be congruent with Wingerd's driveway, hence there is a gap between the 12' easement and Wingerd's <br /> property that her driveway must cross in order to be functional. There may be other easements that we are not aware of. <br /> This issue has been going on for some time now. It does not involve the City directly, and the Zoning Department cannot <br /> solve the issue for the two parties. Apparently Puzak has attempted to get the phone number of the City Attorney— it was <br /> refused him.
