Mike Gaffron
From: f.puzak@comcast.net
Sent: Thursday, May 29, 2008 3:12 PM
To: Mike Gaffron
Cc: Correy Farniok
Subject: Baldur Park Road
Attachments: letter to Benson 001.jpg; Vacate Street. p1 001.jpg; Vacate Street. p2 001.jpg; Vacate Street.
p3 001.jpg; Vacate Street. p3 002.jpg; P1000445.jpg; P1000446 (600 x 450).jpg;
P1000447.jpg
Mike,
I wanted to follow-up on our conversation yesterday during which you mentioned the nonexclusive use
of my driveway. Attached is a petition for vacation approved July 16, 1951 which vacated Baldur Park
Road west of Lot 20, and "also that road or cartway now existing insofar as the same may be public
extending northwesterly along the easterly portion of Lots 21 - 30 ..."
Also attached are photographs of Harry Wingerd attempting to remove my surveyed lot cornerpost with
a hacksaw. It's my understanding that this is an illegal act and I ask that you forward this to the City
Prosecutor for review.
Also attached is a copy of a letter I sent to Ms. Benson 10 months ago. I have tried my best to
accommodate my neighbors. Now, I will be proceeding with the lot line delineation and landscaping
and would appreciate it if you would notify the police department that I have every right to proceed with
my work.
Thank you.
Fred Puzak
6/2/2008
