Street trees are required. 1 tree is required per 40 feet of street frontage. The City Council has recently <br />preferred trees to be installed in natural clumps, in lieu of 40’ on center placement. Note. <br />21. As part of the final plat, the following legal documents will be required <br />a. Home Owners Association (HOA) documents to guarantee the maintenance of the rain gardens and <br />the private street <br />b. Private Covenants to guide use and house design (if desired) <br />c. Drainage and flowage easements (over wetlands) <br />d. Conservation easements (over bluff areas, at minimum) <br />e. Buffer documents (as required by watershed district) <br />f. Drainage and Utility Easements over each rain garden.
