A summary of the revisions <br />follows: <br /> <br />Application Requirements: <br /> <br />1. A copy of the preliminary plat. A drawing showing the proposed lot boundaries, easements, etc. <br />Response: Submitted <br /> <br />2. An onsite sewage report for each proposed lot. <br />Response: The onsite sewage report is in process. <br /> <br />3. Minnehaha Creek Watershed approval or documentation. An email verifying submittal of the <br />plan to the District will suffice to keep the project moving. <br />Response: The stormwater management plan and plans have been submitted to the MCWD for <br />review. See attached email. <br /> <br />General Comments: <br /> <br />1. Please confirm with the County that the plat name is acceptable. There is a plat called Orchard <br />Hills in Orono. <br />Response: We are checking in with the county and will adjust accordingly for final plat <br /> <br />2. I have forwarded your plans to the City engineer for their review. I will share their comments <br />once received. <br />Response: Understood <br />
