City of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY NO. 1790 <br /> OF <br /> ORONO <br /> 3. Applicant is responsible for maintaining this access <br /> driveway over unimproved Garden Lane. <br /> 4. At such time in the future that municipal sewer is <br /> provided to the property, applicant shall abandon the septic <br /> system and connect to the municipal sewer within the <br /> normally required time frames. <br /> 5. Payment of park fee in the amount of $350. <br /> 6. Payment of standard building permit fees including SAC <br /> charge. The sewer unit charge of $225 will not be collected <br /> until such time that municipal sewer becomes available to <br /> the property. <br /> 7. Authorities granted by this variance run with the pro- <br /> perty not with the applicant, but are permissive only and <br /> must be exercised by application for a building permit <br /> within one year of the date of Council approval , or this <br /> variance will expire on that date (July 8, 1986). <br /> 8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br /> conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br /> the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br /> granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 9. The undersigned applicant and owners have read, under- <br /> stood and hereby agree to the terms of this resolution and <br /> on behalf of himself, his heirs, successors and assigns , <br /> hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the <br /> chain of title of the property. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 8th day of <br /> July 1985. <br /> ATI <br /> , , / / / /, <br /> Mothy ' .
