Where plans for future public sanitary sewerage systems <br /> 1577 exist,the applicant shall install the sewer lines,laterals and mains to be in permanent conformance <br /> 1578 with such plans and ready for connection to such public sewer mains. <br /> 11579 (d) Septic system.In the MUSA,Where sanitary sewerage systems are not reasonably accessible and will <br /> 1580 not become available for a period in excess of 15 years,the applicant may install a sewerage system <br /> 1581 in accordance with chapter 58,article II. <br /> 1582 (e) Design criteria for sanitary sewers. <br /> 1583 (1) Generally. These design criteria are not intended to cover extraordinary situations.Deviations <br /> 1584 will be allowed and may be required in those instances where considered justified by the city. <br /> 1585 (2) Design factors. Sanitary sewerage systems should be designed for the ultimate tributary <br /> 1586 population. Due consideration should be given to the Community Management Plancurrent <br /> 587 ••b.•: _.Sewer capacities <br /> 1588 should be adequate to handle the anticipated maximum hourly quantity of sewage and industrial <br /> 1589 waste together with an adequate allowance for infiltration and other extraneous flow.Sewers shall <br /> 1590 be designed in accordance with standards and specifications approved by the city. <br /> 1591 Sec.82-225.-Utilities. <br /> 1592 (a) Location.All utility facilities,including but not limited to gas,electric power,telephone and CATV <br /> 11593 cables,shall be located underground throughout a subdivisienplat.Wherever existing utility facilities <br /> 1594 are located above ground, except where existing on public roads and rights-of-way,they shall be <br /> 1595 removed and placed underground.
