Purpose. <br />This item is to consider the Final Plat of Ivy Place 2nd addition. The plat combines outlot A and Lot 1, <br />Block 1 of Ivy Place. <br /> <br />2. 15.99 Deadline. Application was received on April 29, 2020. The application was considered <br />complete on May 7, 2020. Action must be taken by July 6, 2020. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. The City Council adopted resolution 7058 on December 9, 2019, <br />approving the preliminary plat for Ivy Place 2nd Addition. The combination of the parcels will allow 3570 <br />Ivy Place to construct a dock on the lagoon side of the parcel. Access to Lot 2, Block of Ivy Place (3600 <br />Ivy Place) will be a new easement provided as part of this plat. . <br /> <br />4. Staff Recommendation. The Final plat as proposed is consistent with the approved Preliminary Plat. <br />Staff recommends approval, subject to the provision of an easement for access and utilities through Lot 1, <br />Block 1, Ivy Place 2nd Addition. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Motion to amend or adopt the attached resolution.
