Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Planning Staff recommends approval of the lake setback and average lakeshore setback variances <br />allowing the minor upward building expansions subject to the following conditions: <br />1) The patio/sitting area adjacent to the new building shall not be a hardcover surface. <br />2) The site plan revised such that the area around the new building be graded so that retaining <br />walls or stairs are not necessary.
