Could you please state your full name for the record. <br /> EP: Elaine Toni Pagonis,DOB 08-24-64. <br /> CF: And a telephone number where you can be reached. <br /> EP: 952-471-9791: <br /> CF: Ms. Pagonis, can you tell me what happened today? <br /> EP: I just received a phone call that sections of my dock have been removed. <br /> CF: Who was the phone call from? <br /> EP: Mike Hatch. <br /> CF: Okay, and what was stated in the phone conversation? <br /> EP: What's going on? Are you removing the dock without telling me? <br /> CF: Who is Mike Hatch? <br /> EP: One of the boat owners out here. <br /> CF: Does he live in the area? <br /> EP: No. <br /> CF: Where does he live? <br /> EP: I don't know. I think Plymouth. <br /> CF: Okay. What else was in that conversation then? <br /> EP: I thought that because on August 1, Mark Hallin, the gentleman that ( I don't know if <br /> you want to call him that) installed the dock originally, he also removed five sections on <br /> August 1, somewhere between five and seven sections. I just thought that just the <br /> decking was gone and not the frame until I came home tonight. <br /> CF: Mark Hallin is the individual who you contracted with to install a dock on your property, <br /> correct? <br /> EP: Yes. <br /> CF: There is a dispute over the payment and the amount that Mark Hallin is to be paid? <br /> EP: Yes. Payment and work done. <br /> CF: Now he is claiming that because of the dispute, he is removing sections of dock. <br /> EP: I believe so. <br /> CF: This is because he feels that the installation has not been paid for and that's why he <br /> removed it? <br /> EP: I believe so. <br /> CF: Okay. What else has Mark Hallin done to you in the past? <br /> EP: Other than the late night phone calls, six a.m. phone calls, threatening me. <br /> CF: When you say threatening, what do you mean by threatening you? <br /> EP: I'm going to call the IRS on you. I know people. <br />
