. . . <br /> . . <br /> ___________;__ <br /> 70 <br /> O <br /> zi,, o4,. <br /> =--,..-4,..St„ CITY of ORONO <br /> `St\ I �;^IM t,� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> .4... .0,4 <br /> NO. 4 4 <br /> CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the commercial site plan, building elevations and landscape plan <br /> referenced above and approves the variances as requested based on the unique findings and <br /> hardships noted in this resolution a conditional use permit for grading; a conditional use <br /> permit for a drug store; and approves the City's issuing a building permit for the proposed <br /> Snyder's Drug Store (for the site plan attached as Exhibit A) to Walfred Properties subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Upon application for a building permit, applicant shall provide the following <br /> information for the review and approval by the City Engineer and Department <br /> of Public Works: <br /> A. Plans and specifications for service line connections around the <br /> proposed NURP pond. As-built plans shall be provided to the City <br /> upon completion. The Public Works Department shall review any <br /> potential problems associated with additional cover placed over existing <br /> water or sewer mains, especially in conjunction with the vacated ., <br /> portions of Navarre Lane. All utility improvements shall be reviewed <br /> and approved by Public Works and the City Engineer. <br /> B. Final grading, drainage and erosion control plan showing existing and <br /> proposed contours, building locations, elevations, stormwater pond, <br /> utilities and erosion control measures to be used during construction. <br /> A building permit cannot be issued until the Minnehaha Creek <br /> Watershed District has approved the stormwater plans. <br /> C. Engineering details and design must be provided for the proposed <br /> retaining walls. <br /> 2. The City Council shall vacate the portions of Navarre Lane to provide utility, <br /> parking and storm water treatment space on the property. Prior to any <br /> building permits being approved the applicant shall provide easements <br /> acceptable to the City Attorney for use of the east 33' of Navarre Lane that <br /> Page 6 of 12 <br />
