Each horizontal drain branch shall be provided with a cleanout at its upper terminal(see Minnesota Rules, <br /> Chapter 4714,Section 707.4).A cleanout may be omitted if the drain branch line is less than five feet, <br /> unless the drain serves sinks or urinals.A cleanout must be provided for each total change of direction <br /> exceeding 135 degrees in any horizontal drainage line. <br /> 8. Potable water pipes and fittings with lead content must not exceed 0.25 percent lead in the wetted surface <br /> material(see Minnesota Rules,Chapter 4714,Section 604.11).Solder and flux for potable water systems <br /> shall contain less than 0.2 percent lead.Joints must include non-corrosive non-toxic paste-type flux <br /> complying with ASTM B813(see Minnesota Rules,Chapter 4714,Section 605.3.4). <br /> 9. Pipe hangers and supports shall comply with Minnesota Rules,Chapter 4714, Section 313.0,Table 313.1, <br /> and the applicable installation standard. <br /> NOTE(S): <br /> 1. The scope of this project consists of remodeling an existing building.The plumbing installation includes a <br /> hose bibb,two floor drains,a urinal,two tank type water closets,and two lavatories. <br /> 2. The building is served by existing municipal sewer and water services. <br /> 3.
