That each party hereto shall be <br /> solely responsible for his or her own attorney's fees and costs <br /> incurred in this dissolution proceeding. <br /> 15. Conveyance. That each party hereto shall execute any <br /> instrument of conveyance or transfer or other instrument required <br /> to effectuate the terms of this agreement.
