i <br /> 11. Personal Property. That the petitioner is awarded the <br /> following items of personal property currently located in the <br /> homestead in the respondent's possession: <br /> Silver service <br /> Mixer <br /> Candlesticks <br /> Desk <br /> Dishwasher <br /> TV trays <br /> TV/radio from kitchen <br /> Snowmobile <br /> Cedar chest <br /> Typewriter <br /> Computer <br /> Other than that, each party is awarded that personal <br /> property presently in his or her respective possession, free and <br /> clear of any claims of the other party, including but not limited <br /> to household goods and furnishings, bank accounts, motor <br /> vehicles, jewelry, insurance policies, and any other assets of <br /> whatever nature. <br /> 12 . Outstanding Income Tax Liabilities. That the <br /> respondent shall be solely responsible for, and hold the <br /> petitioner harmless from, any and all outstanding joint income <br /> tax liabilities that may be due and owing to the Internal Revenue <br /> Service or the State of Minnesota <br /> 13. Debts and Liabilities.
