The front door s1i111 not be used �s �n entr�nce during the period of time the <br /> building is used for live entert�inment. A one ye�r time period is required for the <br /> applic�nt to monitor the use of the building and the front entrance. After one year <br /> the City of Orono will review t1►e use of' the bui(ding in relation to the live <br /> entertainment and noise levels generlted by the live entert�inment use. <br /> 4. Tt�e property is subject to the sign ordinance for tempo►•ai•y and permanent signs. <br /> No signs can be tocated on or outside the building without receiving a permit from <br /> the City of Orono. <br /> 5. Noise shall be held to a level as to not be in violation of lhe Noise Ordinance. <br /> � 6. The sale of intoxicating liquor requires the business h:�ve a valid liquor license with <br /> the City of Orono. <br /> Tl�e above conditions with regard to changes to the pl�ysical elenients of ihe building <br /> have I�een complied wit11. Tl�.e property has continued to have a valid liquor license. Tiie <br /> operational aspecfis (conditions 2, 3 and 5) have generally been complied with, altl�ough <br /> various area residents h�ve n�ade it clear during the review process that noise and late- <br /> night tr�ffic associated with the Narrows operation are not to their liking.
