Tlle parlcing study �ided in <br /> addressing two key parking quesfiions: <br /> � - Is the existing nLtmber of p�rl.iilg splces in the public parlcii�g lot <br /> sufficient to �ccommodate the iiicre�sed demaud �ssociated wiih the <br /> pi•oposed saloon exp�ilsion? <br /> - Will sufficient spaces remain available in the public p�rkiilg loi i:o serve <br /> users of other properties that rely upon this p�rking lot? <br /> The study reviewed the existing avlilable parlcing and notes that 129 spaces are <br /> available in the mulucipal lot with 30 additional spaces available on private <br /> properties which abut the lot. More importantly, fihe si.udy reviewed existing peak <br /> parking denland as well as fiihire parking demand during the same peak times. <br /> The peak times reviewed were the 1 riday izoon period, Sati.irciay noon period, and <br /> Saturday evening. <br /> The e�istin�peak demands at these noted time periods are 65 vehicles during the <br /> Friday noon period, 59 vehicles during the Saturday noon period, and 67 velucles <br /> during the Sahlyday eveiung period. <br /> The firttu�e dem�nd, taking into considerltion the Caribou CofFee use and the <br /> proposed Narrows expansion as well as the other e�isting uses, was projecied at <br /> 115 parking stalls during the Friday noon period, 93 stalls during the S�tLlyday <br /> noon period, and 122 stalls dLuing ilie Saturday evening period.
