McMillan stated sl�e <br /> appreciates the efforts the applicants have gone tlu-ougli to revise their application. <br /> White inquired how the expansion would change the employment situation at this establishment. <br /> Sudheimer stated it would depend ou the day of the week. Sudheimer indicated ctm-ently during ihe day <br /> she has approximately six employees and that she is unsure how many employees would need to be added <br /> with the expansion, <br /> McMillan inquired whether the exterior of the building would be improved. <br /> Sudheimer stated she wanted to add some trees along the street and redo the fi-oilt of the btiilding to malce <br /> it more aesthetically appealing. <br /> Sansevere inquired what the focus of this expansion is if it is not the music. <br /> Sudheimer stated they would like a bigger lcitchen, an outdoor patio area, and additional room for special <br /> events lilce birthday parties and anniversaries. <br /> Sansevere inquired whether there is any plaii to scale bacic the music aspect. Sansevere stated the music <br /> is rather loud at times, which is not always restaurant fi•iendly. <br /> Sudheimer stated she llas Ueen worlcing with the sound technicians to t�y to decrease the noise level. <br /> McMillan noted Staff has had to expend exh-a effort in order to get the Nan•ows' liquor license rene�ved <br /> each year. <br /> Sudheimer stated she would Ue handling the liquor license in the future but that she could not spealc to tlie <br /> past applications. <br /> Murphy inquired ���hy Mr. Anderst could not be present tonight. <br /> Sudheimer indicated he had to talce care of other business. <br /> Muiphy cominented he would have preferred thai.4nderst Ue present tonigllt. 1V(url�]Zy stated in his <br /> opinion this expansion is trying to put too much on this site.
