<br /> We have reviewed the application for the two-lot subdivision at 1100 Townline Road.The proposed
<br /> project would sttbdivide an existing parcel of just under 14 acres in size into two residential lots.
<br /> Both lots would share a conuzlon driveway off of Towi�line Road. We have the following conunents
<br /> with regards to engineeriiig matters:
<br /> • The final plat should include the dedication of 33-feet of road i-ight-of-way far Townline
<br /> Road.
<br /> • Easements should be provided over all wetlands, ponding areas and drainage ways.
<br /> • Drainage and utility easements should be provided 10-feet wide along exterior lot lines and
<br /> 5-feet wide along all interior lot lines.
<br /> • A driveway easement should be provided over the existing driveway for access to the
<br /> northerly lot.
