Previous <br /> issues addressed in our letter dated March 8, 2004 regard'u1g easements and rights-of-way have <br /> been addressed and are acceptable in this submittal. <br /> As we noted in our letter dated August 30, 2004, a financial guarantee for $20,000 should be <br /> provided to the city for the proposed site improvements.
