The property is located on the east side of Townline Roacl between <br /> Watertown Road and the Burlington Northern Railroad. Across Townline Road to the <br /> west is the City of Independence. The current zoning for the property is RR-lA, One <br /> Family Rural Residential District which requires five acre miniinum lot sizes.
