Because Plaiuiing Commission recommended approval of the use when it included outdoor restaurant and bar service, it is assumed the Planning Commission would similai�ly approve of the current less intense proposaL Therefore, referral of the current revised plan to the Plaruiing Commission may be of limited value. Liquor License The applicant will be required to apply for revisions to the Cl1TT811t I1C1110T license in COII�ll11Ct10Il Wlt�l any approved expansion(s). That is a separate process froin this zoning application review. Moratorium & Study In July 2005 the Council adopted a n�oratorium with respect to development in the Navarre area. Although it was noted in October 2005 that the moratoriuin language does not specifically exclude the N�rrows, the Council had indicated at t11e time the moratorium was adopted that the NaY•rows application was not intended to Ue subject to the moratorium. The moratorium eapires in July, 2006; 1 Navat•re town meeting is plamied for late March to gather input from Navarre area stakeholders (residents, business owners, Uuilding owners, etc.) to help guide fiitui•e private and public investrnent in Navarre.
