That is a separate process froin this zoning <br /> application review. <br /> Moratorium & Study <br /> In July 2005 the Council adopted a n�oratorium with respect to development in the Navarre <br /> area. Although it was noted in October 2005 that the moratoriuin language does not <br /> specifically exclude the N�rrows, the Council had indicated at t11e time the moratorium was <br /> adopted that the NaY•rows application was not intended to Ue subject to the moratorium. The <br /> moratorium eapires in July, 2006; 1 Navat•re town meeting is plamied for late March to <br /> gather input from Navarre area stakeholders (residents, business owners, Uuilding owners, <br /> etc.) to help guide fiitui•e private and public investrnent in Navarre. <br />
