Mr. <br /> Broitzman's plan calls for the front of his proposed house to be not only ahead of the current <br /> house set-bacic and also ahead of our home at 1910 Heritage Dr. This significantly blocks <br /> our view from the right. Currently, the house which occupies the space at 1860 is set back in <br /> a reasonable location, and privacy is served well for both homes. If following the current <br /> footprint is iinpossible fi•om a builder viewpoint, keeping the proposed front of 1860 at least <br /> flush with the front of our home would be reasonable, to alleviate the problem <br /> with significant sightline blockage.
