The <br /> intent was to separate a 56' wide strip from 1 S49 West Farm Road and attach it to 1801. <br /> The application necessarily also involved the vacation of elistin� drainage and utility <br /> easements alonQ the existing conzmon botmdary, and rededication of new draii�age and <br /> utility easen�ents alon� the new common boundary. <br /> The proposecl subdivision and vacation were �ranted approval by the City Council on <br /> December 8, ?003 via City Gouncil Resolutions No. 5091 and 5092 respectively. <br /> However, the approvals were not to talce effect until the Pierponts obtained a Conditional <br /> Use Perniit (CUP) for Plumbing in an Accessory Structtu-e and removed the lcitchen from <br /> the e:cistinb cuest house at 1801 West Far�n Road. Other conditions of approval to be <br /> met before the subdivision and easement vacation�vere allowed to be filed included: <br /> - a title opinion was to be provided to the City; <br /> - new clraina;e and utility easemeilts were to be dedicated along the new lot line; ancl <br /> - the approvals expired if the subdivision and easement were not filed by June 8, 2004. <br /> The Pieiponts made application for �'onditional Use Perinit for Plumbing in an Accessory <br /> Structure on December 21, ?003.
