The vacation approval will not become effective, and the resolution not be <br /> relelsed for filing, until such time that the applicants provide written confirmation from <br /> Xcel/NSP that their interests in the existing easement 1�ave been aba�ldoned, and until <br /> such time that all conditions of the lot line rearrangement approval have been satisfied. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends renewal of the approval of the lot line rearrangement and easement vacation, <br /> subject to the four conditions noted above. <br />
