NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT I2�SOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the creation of the proposed ingress/egress easements as shown on the <br /> Certificate of Stu•vey by Danial G. Nickols, a licensed surveyor of Schoell & Maclson, Inc. dated <br /> November 23, 2005, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Applicant shall be responsible for the creation and filing of the aforesaid easements in the <br /> chain of title of the affected properties. <br /> 2. Nothing in this approval shall be construed as granting any variances, zoning approvals, or <br /> waivers of any development standards established by the City of Orono. <br /> 3. The aforesaid easements shall be filed with either the Herulepin County Recorder's Office or <br /> Registrar of Titles Office within one year of the date of this Resolution. If said easements <br /> have not been filed within one year,this approval will expire and it will be necessary to file a <br /> new application with the City of Orono for easement approval. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Miruiesota this 23`d day of January, 2006. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Linda S.
