The grading plans for individual homes leaves a lot to be desired, In all tl-iree <br /> Block 2 lots, the steep slopes result in an immec�iate drop away from the hollse, <br /> leaving no fiulctional back yard, or tlle need for substantial tenacing and retaiiung <br /> walls to have any soi�t of flat back yarci. The actual grading for each site may end <br /> up substaiitially different t11an showil on the cun•eilt plans, and any amenities stich <br /> as pools, sport cout�ts, etc. will be difficult to establish without major topographic <br /> changes. These lots may be difficult to market uiider the proposed layout... <br /> 4.
