A revisecl stormwater m�nagemen� pl�n �ddressing the concept of � linear poncling �uea, has no1: been provided, This needs MCWD review ancl approv�l as well as City approv�l, 1s it makes use of a poi�tion of the wetland for stormwater tre�tment. The applic�.tion should not move nnich fiu•ther forward until tlzere is sonZe conunitinent Uy MCWD to a stormwater plan involving line�r ponding within tlie wetlalld. Also note that tlie judiciotis use of ctirb and gutter may be required to ensure that runoff from the road and clriveways reaches the stormwater ponc�s. 2. Significant fill will be needed to create the road access onto Watertown Road, and this will require substantial retaining walls in Outlot B, requiring engineering... 3. The grading plans for individual homes leaves a lot to be desired, In all tl-iree Block 2 lots, the steep slopes result in an immec�iate drop away from the hollse, leaving no fiulctional back yard, or tlle need for substantial tenacing and retaiiung walls to have any soi�t of flat back yarci. The actual grading for each site may end up substaiitially different t11an showil on the cun•eilt plans, and any amenities stich as pools, sport cout�ts, etc. will be difficult to establish without major topographic changes. These lots may be difficult to market uiider the proposed layout... 4. Please review the City Engineer's uiost recent conuzlents which if not included as E�hibit D will be adcied to tlus packet prior to delivery.,. 5.
