Council should consider whether the topics addressed on <br /> December 12 (see minutes) have been satisfied. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Review the topics above with the applicant. Because the stormwater ponding is not <br /> completely resolved, Council inay wish to consider the option of directing staff to finalize a <br /> resolution for preliminary plat approval that provides for alternative stormwater ponding <br /> plans. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Review the above noted topics with the applicant. Address the concerns noted above and <br /> any other issues which need consideration, and direct staff and applicant as to whether <br /> and/or under what additional conditions Preliminary plat approval should be granted. <br />
