A It�SOLUTION 1Z�C�IVING R�PORT AND CALLING HEARING <br /> ON JAMESTOWN ROAD SEWER PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted January 9, 2006 a <br /> report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the Jatneslown Road Sewer Project <br /> and this report was received by the Council on January 23, 2006; and <br /> WHEREAS,the report provides infornlation regarding whether the proposed project <br /> is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFOItE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the Jamestown Road Sewer Project in accordance with the report <br /> and the assessment of abutting property for all of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br /> Mirulesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$126,000 <br /> 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 27th day of February <br /> 2006 in the Council Chambers, 2780 Kelley Parkway, at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give <br /> mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> Adopted Uy the City Council this 23rd day of Januaiy 2006. <br /> ATT�ST: <br /> Linda S.
