Gappa � Public Services Director's Report <br /> Title Director of Public Services ,f�� <br /> �+/ / <br /> Item Description: Schedule Public Hearing�Jamestown Road Sewer- Resolution <br /> Ten of the thirteen properiy owners in the Jamestown Road neighborhood have requested that the <br /> City begin the process to complete an assessment project for the installation of sanitary sewer. Nine <br /> of these properties have nonconforming septic systems, and the potential for adequate replacement <br /> septic sites is limited by topography and required lakeshore setbacks. A Feasibility Study has been <br /> completed for this project,and the estimated assessment is$9,700 per unit to install a pressure sewer <br /> systein. <br /> We are recommending approval of the resolution accepting the Feasibility Study and scheduling a <br /> Public Hearing for the February 27th Council meeting for this project. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Motion to approve the resolution accepting the Feasibility Sriidy and scheduling a Public Hearing for <br /> the Jamestown Road sanitary sewer project. <br />
