regulations and requirements regarding off-street loading and unloading shall <br /> apply to the required and non required loading and unloading facilities in all the <br /> districts. If in the application of these requirements a fractional number is <br /> obtained, one loading space shall be provided for a fraction of one-half or more, <br /> and no loading space shall be required for a fraction of less than one-half. <br /> B._Loading requirements within the I-Industrial District shall conform to Section <br /> 78-828 of the Ordinance. <br /> The following sections relate to Building Design and Construction. <br /> Section 78-1066. Except within the I-Industrial District, in addition to other <br /> restrictions of this chapter, the use, construction, alteration or enlargements to <br /> any building or structure within the district shall meet the following standards. <br /> Buildings within the I-Industrial District shall conform to building desiqn and <br /> construction standards found in Section 78-826 of the Ordinance: <br /> (1) All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: <br /> a. Face brick; <br /> b. Natural stone; <br /> c. Specially designed precast concrete units if the surfaces have been <br /> integrally treated with an applied decorative materials or texture; <br /> d. Factory fabricated and finished metal framed panel construction, if the <br /> panel materials are of any of those noted in subsections (1)a--c of this <br /> section, or glass; or <br /> e. Other materials as may be approved by the council. Combinations of <br /> such materials shall be permitted. <br /> The following section relates to signage within the Industrial District. <br /> Sec. 78-1468. Signs in B and 1 districts. <br /> Within the B , wall and monument signs are permitted subject to the <br /> following regulations: <br /> (1) 8-1, 8-2 and 8-4: size. Within the B-1, B-2 and B-4 districts, the <br /> aggregate square footage of sign space per lot shalf not exceed the sum <br /> of one square foot for each front foot of building, plus one square foot for <br /> each front foot of lot not occupied by a building. No individual sign shall <br /> exceed 50 square feet. <br /> (2) 8-3: size. Within the B-3 district, the aggregate square footage of sign <br /> space per lot shall not exceed the sum of four square feet per front foot of <br /> building, plus one square foot per front foot of property not occupied by a <br /> building. No individual sign surface shall exceed 100 square feet. <br /> 3 <br />
