All off-street parking spaces shall conform with <br /> the requirements of Section 78.827 of the Ordinance. <br /> Sec. 78-1512. of Subdivision II, Joint parking, is hereby amended to read as <br /> fol lows: <br /> A. Required parking facilities serving two or more uses in the B s�--� districts may <br /> be located on the same lot, provided that the total number of parking spaces so <br /> furnished shall be not less than the sum total of the separate requirements for <br /> each use and provided: <br /> (1) The proposed joint parking space is within 30 feet of the use it will <br /> serve; <br /> (2) The applicants shall show that there is no substantial conflict in the <br /> principal operating hours of the two or more buildings or uses for which <br /> joint use of off-street parking facilities is proposed; and <br /> (3) A properly drawn legal instrument approved by the city attorney and <br /> executed by the parties concerned for joint use of off-street parking <br /> facilities shall be filed with the city clerk. This instrument may be a three or <br /> more party agreement, including the city. <br /> B. Required parkinq facilities located within the I-fndustrial District shall conform <br /> with the requirements of Section 78.827 of the Ordinance. <br /> Required off-street parking. <br /> A. Except within the I-Industrial District, the minimum parking facilities (open or <br /> enclosed) shall be as shown. Within the I-Industrial District, minimum parkinq <br /> facilities (open or enclosed) shall conform to Section 78-827 of the Ordinance. <br /> [no change would be made to the remaining individual classifications of parking <br /> regulations in this section] <br /> The following sections relate to loading. <br /> Section 78-1536 <br /> A.
