All off-street parking spaces shall conform with the requirements of Section 78.827 of the Ordinance. Sec. 78-1512. of Subdivision II, Joint parking, is hereby amended to read as fol lows: A. Required parking facilities serving two or more uses in the B s�--� districts may be located on the same lot, provided that the total number of parking spaces so furnished shall be not less than the sum total of the separate requirements for each use and provided: (1) The proposed joint parking space is within 30 feet of the use it will serve; (2) The applicants shall show that there is no substantial conflict in the principal operating hours of the two or more buildings or uses for which joint use of off-street parking facilities is proposed; and (3) A properly drawn legal instrument approved by the city attorney and executed by the parties concerned for joint use of off-street parking facilities shall be filed with the city clerk. This instrument may be a three or more party agreement, including the city. B. Required parkinq facilities located within the I-fndustrial District shall conform with the requirements of Section 78.827 of the Ordinance. Required off-street parking. A. Except within the I-Industrial District, the minimum parking facilities (open or enclosed) shall be as shown. Within the I-Industrial District, minimum parkinq facilities (open or enclosed) shall conform to Section 78-827 of the Ordinance.
