No permit <br /> shall be issued for an individual use except upon a determination that it is <br /> consistent with the approved comprehensive sign plan. <br /> SECTION 3. Division 19. PID Planned Industrial District is hereby <br /> repealed in its entirety. <br /> SECTION 4. Section 78-536 of Subdivision III, Building and Site Design <br /> and Construction requirements is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> B. Parking within the I-Industrial District shall conform with the <br /> requirements of Section 78.827 of the Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 5. Section 78-1491 of Subdivision I, In General, is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> (j). Industrial District Parking. Parking within the I-Industrial District <br /> shall conform with the requirements of Section 78.827 of the Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 6. Section 78-1511 (3) of Subdivision II, Setbacks for Parking <br /> is hereby repealed in its entirety and is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> (3) I-Industrial Districts. All off-street parking spaces shall conform with <br /> the requirements of Section 78.827 of the Ordinance. <br /> 18 <br />
