The proposed improvements consist of a great <br /> room, conference rooms, bathroom, nursery, and administrative offices additions and re- <br /> paving, eapanding, and r•e-orienting of the existing parking lot. Also, as part of the <br /> improvements proposed under this application, the church will be hooking into City <br /> sanitary sewer and will be abandoning the existing mound septic system in the southwest <br /> corner of the property. This is important as new parking area is proposed in this location. <br /> Any improvement proposed by a conditional use witlun a residentially zoned property <br /> i•equires review aud approval of a new conditional use pernlit. Staff was unable to find <br /> the original conditional use perniit far the church, although there may not be one, <br /> however three other resolutions have been approved for this propei�ty for VaT10L1S <br /> improvements. Those resolutions are attached as Exhibits L, M, and N.
