Gaffron inquired whether the trail should be consh•ucted along the whole length of <br /> Willow. <br /> It was the consensus of the City Council to require a trail easement for that area. <br /> Peterson moved,Sansevere seconded, to table Application#005-3131, Steve Bolil of Bohland <br /> Development, Inc., 190 Willow Drive North and 177 Glendale Drive—Preliminary Plat Approval <br /> and Rezoning. <br /> Jurgens suggested the applicant also submit a draft of the homeowners association documents. <br /> VOTE: Ayes 5,Nays 0. <br /> *7. #OS-3139 HILL SCHOOL, 2180 NORTH SHORE DRIVE—CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT AND VARIANCES—RESOLUTION NO. 5410 <br /> Murphy moved,Sansevere seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5410, a Resolution granting side <br /> yard and side street yard setback variances and a conditional use permit for the property located at <br /> 2180 North Shore Drive,permitting construction of the addition as proposed on the submitted <br /> survey and elevation drawings. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br /> 8. #OS-3152 BOHLAND DEVELOPMENT ON BEFIALF OF JAMES D. MACKINNON, <br /> ET AL, "3500"WATERTOWN ROAD—PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br /> Steve Bohl, Applicant, was present. <br /> Gaffron noted this application appeared before the City Council approximately one month ago, witlt the <br /> Council indicating at that time that the PRD process would be acceptable subject to the applicant <br /> addressing the City's Conservation Desi�,n1 goals and objectives and subject to carefill review that all <br /> standards necessary to ensure a successfiil developmeirt are met. <br /> The applicant subsequently engaged the services of a consulting ecologist,and on NovemUer 18, 2005, <br /> the applicant submitted the ecological findings and recommendations as well as on-site sewage treatment <br /> systems information, making the application complete and fonnally commencing the 120-day review <br /> period. The topics addressed by AES i�lclude forest preservation, forest enhancement and expansion, <br /> wetland preservation, wetland replacement and enhancement, vegetated buffer establishment, stormwater <br /> management, and ecological restoration and management. <br /> PAG� 12 of 20 <br />
