At that time I produced the income <br /> statements to prove the value of the building, 'The num.bers have <br /> not changed very much, excep� the taxes have jumped drama�ically <br /> this year. This actually ha.s the effect of lowearing the value of the <br /> buil.ding because the income is x�ow going down dramatically. The <br /> average income of�his buildi.ng over the last 5 years is abou� $ <br /> X 8,000, the new tax bill will drop that average down even more. <br /> I bought out two pariners last yea�using the assessed valua�ion <br /> from 2006, so that is valid value for the building. It is what a <br /> willix�g buyer will pay a willin� se�Xer. I would like to think it Xs <br /> worth nn�ore, but tb.e value is determined by wk�a� the income �s and <br /> that xs determi.ned by �crhat the ma�rket will bear for office space.
