As <br /> preparation for the upcoming Local Board of Review, please find the enclosed data to help <br /> you. There is market data, local board procedures, a chart listing the amount of assessment <br /> growth for Lake Minnetonka communities,and a book of sales with photos and characteristics <br /> from a sample of sales throughout the city. <br /> Summarv of the 2010 Assessment <br /> Each year estimated market values are analyzed along with data from the market. <br /> Adjustments, as appropriate for each type of property are made. The results of those <br /> adjustments for the 2010 assessment are as follows: <br /> • Residential Lakeshore -7.0% <br /> • Residential Off Lake -8.8% <br /> • Condo's -8.4% <br /> • Townhouse's -9.6% <br /> • Double Bungalow's -10.9% <br /> • Zero Lot Line's -18.0% <br /> • Commercial/Industrial -8.9% <br /> • Apartment's -9.9% <br /> There are 3975 taxable parcels in the city with a total market value of approximately <br /> $2,774,541,600. This value includes $18,512,000 in new construction improvements.
