I should have a letter from Kyle indicating their intent by the end of the week. <br /> Before they take over the line, they need to inspect it. They don't anticipate finding any problems with it because it is <br /> relatively new. <br /> One possible issue is that they do not plan on paying Long Lake for the line. The Met Council feels that since the line <br /> was paid for by MnDOT, that Long Lake should not expect to be paid.
