Special Irnprovement Fees: <br /> Proposed Sanitary Sewer Main E�.ension: $275.OQ plus $25 per stub <br /> Froposed Water Main Extension: $2�5.00 plus $25 per stub <br /> Proposed Starm Sewer System: $250.00 <br /> 6. Application Escrow establishment: An escrow will be required to cover the reasonably <br /> anticipated engineering and legal consultant costs incurred by the City in reviewing the <br /> application. The amount of such escrow will be determined at the time of the initial <br /> application based on the City Engineer's estimate of probable review costs. The escrow <br /> amount for a proj ect of the magnitude discussed to date is likely to be within the range of <br /> $20,000-40,000, but will in no case be Iess than $10,000. <br /> Submittals for Step 2 Approvals; Development Fees <br /> The required submittals will be established in the RPUD Master Development Plan and Final Plat <br /> Approval Resolutions.
