Benefits begin on the fourth month of a disability and are <br /> payable to age 65 for injury, sickness or pregnancy. You may elect coverage up to 60% of your <br /> monthly income. (Review enclosed information sheet regarding LTD) <br /> SHORT TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE <br /> Employees may elect short term disability by calling a Colonial Representative at 763-420-8600. <br /> Deferred Compensation <br /> Several deferred compensation plans are available to employees. These plans allow employees <br /> to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their paycheck to be set aside for retirement.
