The School District agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City, its officers and <br />employees from any liability, claims, damages, costs, judgments, or expenses including attorney <br />fees to the extent caused by an act or omission (including without limitation professional errors <br />and omissions) of the School District, its agents, employees, or subcontractors for the School <br />Disrict's use of the fuel station as provided in this Agreement. <br />8. MISCELLANEOUS. <br />of Minnesota. <br />A. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State <br />B. Assignment. The School District may not assign its rights under this <br />Agreement to any other entity without the consent of the City. <br />9.
