Commercial Bwldino and Businesses.There shall be no commercial buildings <br /> erected on,or businesses conducted in,any of the Lots or Dwelling Units,except that it shall be <br /> permissible for the Owner of a Lot to personally conduct a business or have an office in such <br /> Owner's Dwelling Unit so long as the same does not constitute a nuisance or change the <br /> residential character of the neighborhood and is incidental and secondary to the principal use of <br /> 12 <br />
