The draft March 9 minutes are attached. <br /> Ms. Feyo has now been provided a copy of the City Engineer's invoices to the City <br /> detailing the work done by Bonestroo with regard to this application. She has not yet <br /> sent the City a letter that Council requested that puts down in writing her thoughts and <br /> rationale regarding the situation and the request for the waiver. <br /> Attachment 1 is a compilation by Evelyn Turner of the staff and engineer activity associated <br /> with this file during 2006-2008. <br /> Finance Department staff is doing an update on the status of engineering pass-through billing <br /> receivables since general billing began in Fa112007 and will have that information available for <br /> your April 14 work session. <br /> Direction Requested <br /> Please review the information provided and determine whether you wish to reach a conclusion <br /> on this matter now or wait for further information. Additional information would include a <br /> letter from Feyo and the pass-through billing status update. <br />
