The August memo and <br /> minutes from that work session are attached for your reference. <br /> I have completed the necessary salary survey�s to provide you with recommendauons <br /> on allocating the non-union funds as directed in August. <br /> The City Council may want to discuss the results of the surveys/recommendarion and <br /> also discuss the results of this philosophy change. <br />
