The August memo and <br /> minutes from that work session are attached for your reference. Recendy, at the <br /> October work session, the City Council discussed the salary surveys provided to you <br /> with recommendations on allocaring the non-union funds as directed in 1-�ugust (also <br /> attached). There were two requests for new informarion at the October work session: <br /> 1. rl survey of what other surrounding lake cities are doing for compensation (see <br /> attachment 1). <br /> 2. Calculations for a uniform lump sum payment (see attachment 2). <br /> The City Council may want to discuss the overall results of changing philosophies to <br /> lump sum compensation. <br />
